The ROSS-SC will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of a Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) program. Coordinate supportive services and other resident empowerment activities designed to help Housing Authority of Danville elderly/disabled residents attain greater self-sufficiency. These services should enable participants to improve living conditions and enable residents to age-in-place.
