Word From Our Executive Director As we enter the final stretch of summer, I want to thank all of you for helping make this season so vibrant and engaging across our communities. August is a time of transition—with kids preparing to return to school and families settling back into routines. Let’s continue supporting one another and keeping our neighborhoods safe, clean, and welcoming for all. A special thank-you goes out to our maintenance team for their hard work during the hot summer months, and to our Resident Services staff for continuing to bring resources and opportunities directly to our families. We hope to see you at upcoming events, and as always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist you in any way. Warm regards, Tim Kitts Executive Director Attention Residents We kindly request that parents or guardians remain vigilant and prioritize their children's safety while they are outdoors. Furthermore, we have noticed bicycles being left on the sidewalks and children playing in the streets. It is essential to emphasize that all locations have designated green areas and sidewalks where children can play safely. Thank you for your cooperation.
