Budgeting and Meal Planning during the SNAP Benefit Pause

Many of our residents are impacted by the SNAP benefit pause due to the current government shutdown. The Housing Authority of Danville is dedicated to helping residents build skills and find local resources that can help during this troubling time. Please join Resident Services on Friday, November 14th, 2025, for tips on how you can stretch your food dollars by meal planning and budgeting. Residents will also be able to learn more about local resources that are available, as well as learn more about our two onsite food pantries that are available to utilize. Kristen Coppola will be joining us at the Crescent Drive session to hand out a free meal-in-a-bag to HAD residents in need! For any questions, please call:
