Arnold Tower

Arnold Tower is a six-story high-rise located at 401 S. Third St. in Danville. It was constructed in 1973 and has had ongoing renovations including installation of individual air conditioning units. Apartment sizes range from zero to one bedroom. The beautifully landscaped site is within walking distance of downtown Danville, the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, local pharmacies and the Boyle County Health Department.

A large community room at Arnold Tower features a full kitchen facility and piano and is home to many programs and activities for residents. The tower also features a large, comfortable lobby where residents gather to socialize, an electronic lock system on entry doors for the safety of the residents and laundry facilities on the second through sixth floors of the tower. There is off-street parking available in front of the tower.

Location

Arnold Tower can be reached by traveling north on Danville’s (one-way) South Third Street and turning left into the site or by traveling south on Danville’s (one-way) South Fourth Street and turning left onto Carr Street.
