Linietta Homes

Linietta Homes is located on Linietta Drive and Bell’s Lane in Junction City, four miles south of the Super Wal-Mart in south Danville. It is a family housing area with 26 duplex apartments ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. The units were constructed in 1967 and have had ongoing renovations. They are air-conditioned, have washer hookups and there are handicapped accessible units available within the complex.

Located near the historic Junction City community and the home of Kentucky’s first governor, Linietta Homes is in Boyle County’s Junction City Elementary School district. 

Linietta Homes houses a community center that is home to the Boyle County Family Resource Center, which has programs available to residents. The center is also the site for a summer free lunch program for children.

Location

To reach Linietta Homes from Danville’s Main Street, travel west on Main and turn left onto South Fourth Street (old U.S. Highway 127) and proceed south through Danville, across the bypass and approximately four miles to Junction City, turning right onto Route 300 into Junction City, crossing the railroad tracks and turning right onto Bell’s Lane a short distance from the railroad tracks, then left onto Linietta Drive.
