Community Services
Community Services is a small department with a big objective: To work with residents and the community—churches, schools, volunteers and other agencies—so our neighborhoods become the best they can be.
The Resident and Community Services Director, led by Gwendalyn Campbell, has a goal to provide services, classes, and one-on-one training, through community partnerships, for residents to be equipped to reach goals they may have never thought possible.
This Department also leads and coordinates several essential programs in the HAD community.
Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency Program (ROSS)
Resident Services’ ROSS program, led by Madison Linville, provides assistance to enable disabled and elderly individuals stay in their homes and maintain their independence as long as possible. This program offers much needed supportive services, classes and trainings to equip residents to stay self-sufficient. For more information, call 859-319-0017.
