Housing Authority of Danville Announces a Public Hearing

On December 7, 2021, 5:00 P.M. at the Community Service Center located at 121 Toombs Court, Danville, KY 40422, Executive Director Tim Kitts will hold a public hearing on behalf of the Housing Authority of Danville. 

The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the city residents in reference to the Annual Plan Submission to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for fiscal year 2022. Total funds being allocated for this year are estimated at $600,500.00 for Operating Funds and $945,000.00 for Capital Funds. Executive Director Kitts will give an update on how funds were expended in 2021 and a plan for 2022.
 
All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. A copy of the Annual Agency Plan is available for review here (Annual Plan) prior to public hearing. Persons can also submit written comments prior to public hearing to: Housing Authority of Danville, 1014 Rosemont Avenue, Danville, KY 40422.
